Ubin fortune telling
it was rather an unoccupied week. fewer patients were scheduled for chemotherapy. hence i decided to take fri off. :) cos dear is booking out too.. i was elated for the week and of cos anticipating for weekend. yuppee!
thursday 8 dec 2005: i went home for dinner after work. dear and mi, our initial plan was to go tent'ing'. jus the 2 of us. however the weather forecast didn't make it look good for the night. hence this plan was called off. so we ended up at jurong point for the movie saw II. it was a psycotic but pretty good story. we bumped into joachim and janis at jp as well. after so long.. its nice to see them again.. :) by the time the movie ended it was 12am. then we headed back to my place.
Friday 9 dec 2005: i woke up ard 2pm.then dear came over while waiting for mi to get ready.
then we headed to bugis. we went down to beach road market ist for dinner. my fav friend kway tiao!! mi and dear bickered again. the reason of our quarrel is again lame. he likes chilli for freid kway tiao and i don't. this opinion difference resulted in some kinda bickering again.. how childish can we be. hahaha.. ignore us.. then we walked from the market to bugis junction. can u imagine how far it is? my dear force mi to walk.. :P i noe his motive.. he thinks i'm fat so he wants mi to excercise... at bugis we saw lotsa christmas gifts and i'm again excited for christmas. i bought a christmas present for buddy. we shopped till ard 8.30pm then we headed to harbourfront. cos i wanted to get the figure twister for myself.. hehez.. finally i bought it.. heez.. then we saw the big beautiful glamourous christmas tree up in mount faber though we view it from far. it was ard 10pm then. then we took a bus back to jurong. by then we reached my place it was already 11.30pm. back home, mummy, dear and mi.. we were discussing bout the renovations for my house.. these plans were meant for after CNY. around 1 am, dear complained of hunger. AGAIN! so dear drove daddy's car, and we went down to boon lay for supper. we had a hard time searching for a parking lot. the duck kway tiao was marvellous! :) after supper, we headed to jurong west seven eleven to buy some groceries.. bread bisuits and milk.. dear send mi home ard 3am. once again i was exhuasted.. and i fell asleep almost instantly.
Sat 10 dec 2005: the 4 of us woke up early at 11am. mi dear, hui and her dar. we got prepared and set off to PULAU UBIN!! hui drove so she came to pick us.
on our way in aihui's car..
we arrived at changi ard 12.30pm. then we had the branded chicken cutlet kway tiao. nice nice..
then we took the ferry to ubin. i was appalled to see the sea covered with a thick layer of dirty oil. it wasn't that gruesome the last time we came??!!! oh my tian.. wat happen??
we then took a ubin cab to the famous temple in ubin. we went there to pray and for fortune telling. the temple was notable for its accuracy in fortune telling.
so what did he say about mi?
1. very pampered at home
2. "bu chou chi bu chou chuan" (one who doesn't need to worry bout expenses)
3. "ren yuan" very good (well-liked by peers and eldery)
4. thus i have alot of suitors but i tend to be over confident. he reminded mi to be devoted to one.. ~ops~
5. stubborn
6. i have lotsa "gui ren" in life
7. at work, i can accomplish tasks well but my superior will never acknowledge my effort. :(
8. regardless of how heavy the workload is on mi at work, i'll nv complain. but back home i'll grumble and grumble to my closed ones.
9. i'm frank and straight. in my dictionary there is only black or white i can never accept grey.
10. i only want to be the chiampion. i must win in everything. only ist in place not even 2nd.
11. the things i want i will try all means to get it. be it snatch, cry or making a big fuss... he reminded mi not insist on things that are not meant to be mine. cos even if i hav it i'll not be happy.
13. i have a bad stomach and poor digestive system.
14. i'm rough (not the feminine type)
15. i'm clumsy. always tripping, cutting or hurting myself.
16. i'm daring. whatever a guy can do i'll also want to try.
17. i can excel in studies and i should pursue to achieve higher qualifications.
18. he said i can be a star.. hahah.. and a famous one.. ;p
what bout dear's?
1. family orientated
2. will dote on wife
3. stubborn
4. dislike pp to teach him
5. do not like to express himself but once he speak everything is factual and reasonable.
6. kind and comendable character
7. trust pp easily. then he quote this example: {a friend borrow $$ from him, he will lend without second thoughts. and even if the freind did not return he won't flare up.} how true!! i've concrete evidence for this!!
8. he will strike something big in few years time
9. he never believes in things that he never see with his own eyes.
10. he has gastric and digestion problems.
interesting yea?
by the time we leave ubin it was already 5.30pm. we had to rushed back to jurong. i had a quick bath and then james came to pick mi up. together with dear's family we went to tiong bahru market for dinner. and after dinner we headed to our usual fav place. giant. around 11pm we left.
then had programs with the usual click....
i slept ard 5am that day..

i went over to dear's place.. look his luo han wanted to kiss mi!!1
we intended to celebrate hao's birthday with him. wanted to treat him fish and co. but in the end the plans was called off. we postpone the celebration to coming fri. hereby wishing hao happy birthday. wish him all the best in his future endeavours. and praise him a little.. he has been very "brotherly" all this while.. :)
