weekend again

i claimed 1 hr time off on friday. but in the end i only managed to leave at 4.30pm. dear wasn't very happy about it cos we're rushing off to make spectacles and to min min's NUS band concert at 7.30pm. but when i arrived at cck station where we've promised to meet, dear was still home. thus he took a cab down to the destinated place and i took a cabby down from cck there as well. excited and anxious, both of us went to try a few spectacles b4 we decided on one each. mine was with a white frame. i think it looked cool. :) hehz.. dear's specs was with bright green and black frame. i thought it was unique and stylish. then we went to lot 1 for dinner.

followed on, we took a cab to min min's concert at NUS. i left the my wallet in the cab. but the driver shouted for me and returned it to me. how nice. but dear scolded me. he said i'm always blur. but lucky. hehz. weishan, tanny and the other band members were there too. the repertoir was interesting.. erm.. at least to me. cos there were many songs which we've played before. we were late thus we missed the ist song, "inferno". it used to be my competition piece in 2001. wow.. suddenly i realised time files.. tat was like 5 yrs back.. the concert ended ard 10pm. then me and dear headed home le.. actually we had plans for mahjong session with darling hui n jeff, but in the end everything was cancelled. cos dear was in a foul mood. actually it lasted for the entire day.. and worst of all.. it ended with a quarrel. fortunately, i was rather calm and cool.. i let him have his ways. i guessed its my turn to give in. my apolgisies to hui n jeff.

sat: i'm on the training course again.sighz.. the course ended ard 12.30pm. then i rushed off to shuqun for band practice. meet dear, hao, tanny n erik for a quick lunch. then we went back to band room. we basically played noise. haiz.. the songs were terrible.. or rather we were terrible. :( band practice ended ard 4pm. we hung out at the void deck for a while b4 me and dear went back to his place. then tog with his family, we went to parkway parade for dinner. i love to go there.. cos there were many delicacies. :) after dinner we went to parkway parade for some shopping. ard 11pm, we headed to our usual place giant. then james send mi n dear back to my place.. hui n jeff came over for mahjong. a terrifying experience. hui and me were in the kitchen. suddenly, at a corner of my eye, i saw a furry thing sneaking under the bamboo of clothes. i had a closer look, i screamed. so does hui. it was a cat!!!! aw! we were horrified. however we still had a wonderful mahjong time together. esp with jeff's craps. ha. anyway i got a new name for dear. charlie brown. no particular reason for the name. i just felt it suited him suddenly when we were playing. haha. perhaps cos he is quite dark. don't u think so? i kept teasing dear.. and i think he likes the name too.. cos he didn't protest. haha.. we had mahjong session till 5am. i ended the game with "shi san yao". amazing. i'm so proud of myself. hehz. hui n jeff headed home. dear sat by me, coaxed me to sleep b4 he left. love him.
