in auckland now..
oh i just hate the so called "long flights" to new zealand. first was chirstchurch, then auckland. its boring. not my cup of tea definitely. its for retiring elderly, not for young spontaneous kid like me. i'm not being justified when i said that. actually there are quite a lot of activites to do in new zealand. sky diving, bungee jump, farm visits, sharks surviving, scuba diving, swimming with dolphines, horse riding by the beach. but the issue here is we don't have the time! 5 days to auckland, because of the jet lags and flight time, we only have 1 touch down day and 1 clear day in auckland. and the miserable thing is we were on whole day standby on our clear day. in other words we've to stay in the room. and the touch down day, we arrived in auckland in the afternoon, due to the bad jet lag, we were usually drain and fall into coma very soon.
i'll be heading back to singapore tommorow, leaving in the morning. oh man i can't wait to be home.
the set of crew were nice other than one black sheep. she is just a fss, but to me she is one of the ugliest i've met. not to describe her look but her inner. talking about her makes me boil. ok enough said. i believe in karma.
the rest of us, minus the ugliest, we went to the city in the evening on our touch down day. we had a good dinner at occidental, fantastic mussels. it is a pub and dining place. and i was asked to show my identification. the waitress thought i looked 18. goodness...
following dinner, we headed to dfs gallery, gucci is cheap because we have additional 20% crew discount on top of the duty free rate. =) but i didnt buy anything, because i'm eyeing more on one of the lv wallet. hehe. the 6 of us stayed in the crew room for a chat upon reaching the hotel.
the following morning, 6 of us met up for buffet breakfast in the hotel lobby at 7.45am. to think that i only manage to sleep at 4am, i am so proud of myself. haha. again, after breakfast because we were on standbys, we gathered in the crew room for some movies. dinner today was hongkong cuisine nearby the hotel. then we went supermarketing. oh my god.. the golden kiwi is great stuff!
oh by the way i think the hotel has very sweet writing and reading materials. they are all in pink! nice~
