days back home
when i am back in singapore, i see my loved ones very often. bf and family, besties, my family and the rest of the time i am with my shop, cassis.
some friends asked jeffrey choo, "hey why do all of you always stay at home and play mahjong than dancing in the club?" haha.... indeed, our usual hangout is always bestie hui's place. mahjong, birthday celebrations, casual meetup, and even getting drunk, we just want to be at our familiar place, jeffrey choo's chalet house. lol. we always enjoy ourselves, dont we? =)
some random photos taken while having a weekday off together with bf and his family. we behaved like tourists in singapore, trying out lunch at a famous duck noodles store at tiong bahru, followed by a hainanese coffee shop highly recommended by bf, then shopping at chinatown, dinner at manhattan fish market at illuma, and lastly shopping at bugis junction. it is a simple day, but happily and comfortably spent with my loved ones. they are no longer his family, but part of my dearests. Fong jie, james and auntie, they dote on me truckloads. they make sure i'm in town then they'll have celebrations, steamboat, dinner or get-together session. auntie buys sleeping wear for me when she is shopping at the market. everything she gets for the family she makes sure shandy gets a share. what else can i ask more? i am blessed.
We had a sisters' wacky ideas meetup on 9 nov. fong jie and james are ringing the wedding bells. and bestie hui and i together with 2 of bf's cousins are invited to be the sisters. and the silliest prank and forfeit ideas came flooding our minds. looking forward to the big day - 21 nov 09. time files, when i got closer to bf and his family, james and fong jie were probably 5years into their relationship, now its the 11th year! omg omg, i'm getting so old... hur hur.
